Removal Procedure

In order to prevent possible personal injury, release the air pressure from the air tank before disconnecting any components of the air system.

1. Release the air pressure in the air tank.

2. Remove hose assemblies (1) and (5).

3. Disconnect electrical connection (3).

4. Remove elbow (8).

5. Remove two bolts (2) and the two washers.

6. Remove solenoid valve (7).

7. Remove elbows (4) and (6).

Installation Procedure

Note: Use 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant on the threads of all the connectors and all the hose assemblies.

1. Install elbows (6) and (4).

2. Install solenoid valve (7).

3. Install the two washers and two bolts (2).

4. Install elbow (8).

5. Connect electrical connection (3).

6. Install hose assemblies (5) and (1).

1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Starting with an External Air Supply" in order to refill the air tank.
