Quick Drop (1) - Move the hook control lever to this position in order to allow the hook to fall freely. When the hook control lever is released, the lever returns to the HOLD position. The hook will remain in place.

Lower (2) - Move the hook control lever to this position in order to lower the hook with controlled winch power. When the hook control lever is released, the lever returns to the HOLD position. The hook will remain in place.

Hold (3) - Move the hook control lever to this position in order to apply the spool brake. Hook movement will stop.

Raise (4) - Move the hook control lever to this position in order to raise the hook. When the hook control lever is moved closer to the HOLD position, the hook raises at a slower rate. When the hook control lever is moved farther from the hold position, the hook raises faster. When the hook control lever is released, the hook control lever will return to the HOLD position. The hook will remain in place.

The knob that controls the speed of the hook winch has two positions. This knob controls the speed of the hook winch under a load.

Hook Winch (5) - Pull up on the knob in order to decrease the speed of the hook winch.

Hook Winch (6) - Push down on the knob in order to increase the speed of the hook winch.
