- 使用三只相互间隔 120°的螺栓 (5) ，将固定盘 (2) 安装到销 (7) 上。 此时不要使用垫片 (9) 。
- 以 200 ± 25 牛米 (148 ± 18 磅英尺)的扭矩匀力拧紧螺栓 (5) 。 安装螺栓 (4) 和垫圈，但此时不要拧紧螺栓 (4) 。
注: 止推垫圈 (8) 内侧的斜角必须避开轴承 (10) 。 斜角可使销 (7) 的止推面半径上有一定的间隙。
- 使用深度千分尺，以测量固定盘 (2) 顶部到销钉 (7) 末端的距离。 通过固定盘 (2) 上的孔测量该距离。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和固定盘 (2) 。 使用外径千分尺，以测量固定盘 (2) 的厚度。
- 用第 3 步中测得的距离减去固定盘 (2) 的厚度。 所得值即为销钉 (7) 和固定盘 (2) 的间距。
- 用第 5 步中得出的间距加上 0.25 毫米 (0.010 英寸)。 所得值即为垫片组的厚度。 用正确数量的垫片组成垫片组 (9) 。
- 使用六只螺栓 (5) 和垫圈，以安装固定盘 (2) 和垫片 (3) 。 以 750 ± 90 牛米 (553 ± 66 磅英尺)的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (5) 。
- 以 475 ± 50 牛米 (350 ± 37 磅英尺)拧紧带垫圈的螺栓 (4) 。 将螺栓 (4) 再旋转 60 ± 5 度。
注: 组装前，将 4C-5593 防卡润滑剂 涂在垫圈表面和螺纹上。
