Parking Brake Control

Parking Brake - This switch engages the parking brake. This switch also locks the transmission in NEUTRAL. The machine should not move when the parking brake switch is engaged. When the parking brake switch is engaged, the parking brake indicator on the dashboard will light. Do not use the parking brake for stopping the machine.


Engaged - Depress the upper half of the switch (1) in order to engage the parking brake. This will also lock the transmission in NEUTRAL .


Disengaged - Depress the lower half of the switch (5) in order to disengage the parking brake.

The start switch key is used for locking the parking brake and for unlocking the parking brake.


Locked - Insert the start switch key into parking brake switch (4) . Turn the key to LOCK position (3) and remove the key in order to lock the parking brake switch.


Unlocked - Insert the start switch key into parking brake switch (4) . Turn the key to UNLOCK position (2) in order to unlock the parking brake switch.

Remove the key from the parking brake control. Use the key in order to start the engine.
