Problem:
The previous 7N-5946 Pressure Switch (Engine) is made to receive ring terminal connectors. The new 162-0782 Pressure Switch (2) (Engine) is made to accept a Deustch connector.
Solution:
- 1. Fabricate a harness using a quantity 1 of 155-2267 Plug, 8T-8729 Pin, 155-2276 Wedge, 18 awg/150mm yellow wire, 18 awg/150mm Grey wire.
- 2. Remove ring terminal connectors from 103 Yellow and 412 Grey wires.
- 3. Splice 103 Yellow wires into one to Pin A of harness and heat shrink.
- 4. Splice 412 Grey wires into one to Pin C of harness and heat shrink.
- 5. Connect installed Pressure Switch (Engine) to harness.
