Description of Change: The wiring harness in the cab wiring group has been repaired and secured correctly, in order to avoid rubbing against the steering column shaft. The rubbing may cause the wiring harness to wear through and blow fuses in the key circuit.

Adaptable To: The 116-2244 Battery Harness Assembly in the 109-8197 Cab Wiring Group has been repaired and secured correctly, effective with the following machines: 980G (2KR587) Wheel Loader; 824G (4SN322) Wheel Tractor; 825G (6RN284) Soil Compactor; 826G (7LN183) Landfill Compactor.

This change helps to avoid the rubbing of the wiring harness against the steering column shaft. The change is also adaptable to first production.
