A new 7T-3823 Electronic Control Group (Auto Lube Timer) is available for use with Lincoln Lube system. The new auto lube group is a solid state electronic control and does not require setting. The new 7T-3823 Electronic Control Group replaces the 3Z-4544 Timer with the following modifications.
NOTE: The 7T-3823 Electronic Control Group is currently the same as the cab wiring group used in the 784B Tractors, 785B, 789B and 793B Trucks.
1. Mount the control group (1), using two existing bosses inside the rear access panel of the cab on the left side ROPS structure of the cab floor.
2. Fasten the control with two bolts (2), two washers (3).
3. Remove 1Q-6262 Harness and install 128-7373 Harness (4).
4. Remove wire ends from 7D-6081 Solenoid and replace with one socket (5) one pin (6) and one housing (7).
