Usage:
Caterpillar Machines Powered By 3100, 3200, 3300, And 3400 Machine Engines
Description of Change: A new fuel priming pump and improved gasket are used in engines in the above engines. The new fuel priming pump has improved check valve sealing and improved check valve retention. The barrel of the new fuel priming pump is stronger than the barrel in the former priming pump. The gasket used between the fuel priming pump and base is made from a different material that will provide improved sealing.
Adaptable To: The new 105-2508 Fuel Priming Pump is a direct replacement for the former 4W-0788 Fuel Priming Pump. The part number of the improved 1P-0436 Gasket has not changed.
