New Hoist Control Valve Used To Improve Hoist Cylinder Operation{5136}

Usage:

D20D (9MG),
D250D (6NG) Articulated Trucks

Description of Change: A new hoist control valve will improve the modulation of the hoist cylinders when the tip angle of the body goes over center.

Adaptable To: The new 114-2073 Hoist Control Valve is a direct replacement for the former 105-1487 Hoist Control Valve. The new hoist control valve is effective with D20D (9MG119) and D250D (6NG302) Articulated Trucks and is adaptable to earlier machines.

The former 105-1487 Hoist Control Valve can be made into the new 114-2073 Hoist Control Valve by removing the existing poppet and installing the new 114-3864 Poppet (3).

Location of new 114-3864 Poppet (3). Port A (1). Port B (2).

NOTE: The new 114-3864 poppet opens the passage for return oil from the rod ends of the hoist cylinders to flow back to the hydraulic tank. Identify and check orientation for correct installation of the new poppet. For orientation, Port B (2) is the top port closest to the front of the machine on the hoist control valve .
