Description of Change: The reliability of the key start switch, on the models listed, has been improved and includes better spring action when returning from the "start" position. This improvement will help to improve starter life, because the key start switch is less likely to stick in the "start" position.
Adaptable To: The improved 3E7341 Key Start Switches will have date codes stamped on the housing from 503 (50th week of 93) and are effective with 416B (8SG5038, 8ZK1122), 426B (5YJ1383), 428B (7EJ2567), 436B (6MJ603), 438B (3KK1071), 446B (5BL349) Backhoe Loaders. The improved key start switches are also adaptable to all earlier machines now in service.
