Usage:
NOTE: The radiator was removed for better photo illustration.
START BY:
a. remove fan assembly
1. Remove all V-belts.
2. Remove four bolts (1), and remove crankshaft pulley (2).
3. Remove two diametrically opposite bolts (4), and install tooling (A).
4. Remove vibration damper (3) and adapter (5).
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the vibration damper and crankshaft pulley.
5. Clean the mating surfaces of the crankshaft and adapter (5).
6. Install adpater (5) on tooling (A).
7. Install damper (3) on tooling (A).
8. Put 2P2506 Thread Lubricant on the threads of bolts (4).
9. Install four bolts (4).
10. Remove tooling (A), and install two bolts (4).
11. Install all V-belts. See the following sections for the belt installation procedure.
a. Alternator belt (7) - Alternator.
b. Air conditioning compressor belt (8) - Air Conditioning Compressor.
c. Fan drive belts (6) - Fan Drive And Belt Tightener (Later).
