The Aluminum Piston 1168152/">1168152, 1122876/">1122876, or 1242627 may fail in certain 3408C/E or 3412C/E Commercial or Machine Engines. The 1168152/">1168152, 1122876/">1122876, or 1242627 Aluminum Piston is considered to have failed if it is unable to create compression due to a hole in the crown/crater or has a loose or broken iron band in the crown.
