NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3768" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3768" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure
NOTE: Refer to the Illustration below for parts location for this rework.
1. Remove the 7C5265 Damper and set it aside.
2. Remove the 7W3409 Adaptor and discard.
3. Remove the 2W7321 Idler Gear Assembly in the 8N5620 Front Gear Group and replace the 8N5301 Bearing.
4. Install new 1004325 Damper Group and 1N3428 Adaptor using 9F8122 Bolts and reuse 4P8250 Hard Washers from original damper group.
5. Tighten the bolts per specifications in Service Manual SENR6411 page 48.
6. Install 4P0264 Adapter on the front face of the 1004325 Damper using the 18-8S9191 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers.
7. Install the original 7C5265 Damper to the adapter with original bolts and washers.
