NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8304" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure
NOTE: Refer to the Illustration below:
1. Pull the wire back into the metal box where the wire passes from the magneto through the box and into the pulling elbows and nipples.
2. After the wire has been pulled into the box, place two 9X6772 Cable Straps around the wires and allow the wires to pull back into the nipple or pulling elbow. This will keep the wire bundle in the center of the fitting and away from the sharp edges of the metal box.
3. Apply 8T0065 Silicon Sealant around the wires in the fitting opening.Remove the cover on the pulling elbow and apply additional sealant from the back side.
