Improved Gasket Prevents Oil Leakage From The Governor

Usage:


D348, D349, D379, D398, D399 Engines

Description of Change: A gasket made of acetal resin is now used on the oil pressure regulating valve assembly for the governor used on the above engines. Also, on 6.25" Bore "V" Engines this same gasket is used with the 7L8709 Plug Assembly in the governor group. The new gasket will stop oil leakage better than the former gasket which was made of copper.

Adaptable As: Direct replacement for the former gasket in this application.
