Description of Change: New seal rings located in the manifold assembly for the No. 4 clutch are now used in the transmission planetary groups on the above models. To provide improved lubrication and lower operating temperatures, radial grooves (bleed slots) have been added to the side faces of the new seal rings.
Adaptable To: The new 6Y2281 Seal Ring is a direct replacement for the former 7G1145 Seal Ring in the planetary groups used on the above models. The former part has been canceled.
