Special Tools For Complete Repair Of Water Pump In Direct Injection Engines

Usage:


1100, 3100, 3200 Series Engines

Many customers today look to you for ways to decrease the cost of engine repairs. One way this can be done is through the use of rebuilt water pumps. The 9N3139 Rebuild Kit and a new tool group are available to permit easy disassembly, assembly and service of this part.

The 9N3139 Rebuild Kit contains new gaskets and seals.

Use of the 5P7361 Tool Group and other existing tools permits the reconditioning of water pumps according to Caterpillar specifications. The tools in the 5P7361 Tool Group are shown in Illustration 1. The other tools needed are shown in Illustration 2.
