Stronger Doors Used On Top Of Hood And Guard Group{7263}
Usage:
227 Loggers
Description of Change: The four door assemblies on top of the hood and guard group (house) on 227 Loggers have been made stronger. The door thickness is increased from 4.0 mm (.16") thick to 6.0 mm (.25"). The doors also have stronger supports and reinforcements on the bottom side.
The former top doors could be bent downward by heavy objects. This forced the outer edges to raise upward and catch on limbs and vines.
Adaptable To: The stronger doors are installed on 227 Loggers 10W268-Up.
The new doors are adaptable to earlier 227 Loggers. The S1588 Bolt replaces a shorter bolt near the air cleaner inlet guard.
