Difference Between Static And Dynamic Rack Settings Changed{0374,1257}

Usage:

All D9, SxS D9 And DD9 Tractors And 594 Pipelayers Equipped With A Hydramechanical Governor

The dimension for the shift between static (engine running) and dynamic (engine off) timing has been changed. The new dimension includes the tolerances and clearances that are built into the connections between the servo piston and the rack. The former dimension did not include all these tolerances and clearances.

This change in the dimension is adaptable to all the above machines with D353 Engines (97U1554-Up).

Under the heading "General Notes" in the book "Fuel Setting Information (out of production engines)", Form SEBU5735, make the change that follows: "Fuel system setting will be .044 inch greater with engine running."

This change will be made at the next revision of the "Fuel Setting Information" microfiche Form SBFY1106.
