Usage:
NOTE: Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Install Tooling (A) on hydraulic tank (15), as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to Tooling (A). Put the hydraulic tank in position in the rear frame. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 162 kg (357 lb).
2. Install four bolts (14) and the washers that hold the hydraulic tank to the lower mounting bracket.
3. Put tube assembly (12) in position on the hydraulic tank. Install four bolts (13) and the washers that hold the tube assembly to the hydraulic tank. Install the bolt and the washer that hold clamp (11) to the hydraulic tank.
4. Install temperature sensor (10) in the hydraulic tank. Connect the temperature sensor cable at electrical connector (9).
5. Connect hose assemblies (6), (7) and (8) to the hydraulic tank.
6. Put manifold assembly (5) in position on the hydraulic tank. Install four bolts (4) and the washers that hold manifold assembly (5) to the hydraulic tank.
7. Put upper mounting bracket (1) in position on the rear frame. Install two bolts (2) and the washers that hold upper mounting bracket (1) to the rear frame.
8. Install four bolts (3) and the washers that hold upper mounting bracket (1) to the hydraulic tank.
End By:
a. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
b. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
