Usage:
(1) Rubber toric seals and all surfaces that contact the toric seal must be clean and dry when the parts are assembled. Apply a thin coat of oil on the contact surfaces of the metal seals prior to installing the metal seals. The metal seals must be assembled square with the bore. The rubber toric seals must not bulge and the rubber toric seal must not be twisted.
(2) Torque for the three bolts ... 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft)
(3) Inside diameter of the bushing ... 52.382 ± 0.026 mm (2.0623 ± .0010 inch)
- Outside diameter of the shaft ... 52.316 ± 0.008 mm (2.0597 ± .0003 inch)
(4) Torque for the three bolts ... 105 ± 20 N·m (77 ± 15 lb ft)
(5) Inside diameter of the gear ... 77.625 ± 0.013 mm (3.0561 ± .0005 inch)
- Outside diameter of the bushing ... 77.490 ± 0.013 mm (3.0508 ± .0005 inch)
(6) Torque for the ten bolts (after correct amount of shims have been installed between the retainer and the spindle) ... 125 ± 20 N·m (90 ± 15 lb ft)
- Plus an additional ... 120 ± 10°
(7) Torque for the six bolts ... 105 ± 20 N·m (77 ± 15 lb ft)
