In the first sentence of the Adaptable To section of the article, an incorrect part number (7E-4335) was given for a seal group. The correct part number is the 7E-4355 Seal Group.

Description of Change: A new seal group and seal are used in the water pump groups on these engines. The new seal group and seal are more compatible with higher temperatures.
Adaptable To: The new 118-8086 Seal Group and 118-8706 Seal are direct replacements for the former 7E-4335 Seal Group and 8F-8882 Seal in the 7E-3172 and 7E-8179 Water Pump Groups. The former seal group is canceled and replaced by the new seal group and new seal.
The 7E-3172 Water Pump Group is used on the "in-line" engines. The 7E-8179 Water Pump Group is used on the "vee" engines. The new seal group and seal are in effect as listed in the chart.
