Usage:
A. Vibratory Pump Removal
1. Drain tank by removing plug. Use funnel and hose for drain off.
2. Disconnect coupling (1) by removing set screws with an allen wrench. Slide coupling halves back on their respective shafts.
3. Disconnect hydraulic hoses and plug.
4. Remove pump mounting bolts (2).
5. Remove pump.
B. Vibratory Pump Replacement
1. Replace in reverse order of removal.
2. Align pump and engine stub shafts before tightening coupling (1). Once coupling is tightened there should be no end play (movement) of the shafts.
C. Vibratory Motor Removal
1. Drain tank as in section A.
2. Disconnect and plug hydraulic hoses.
3. Remove motor mounting bolts (3).
4. Remove vibratory motor.
D. Vibratory Motor Replacement
1. Replace motor in reverse order of removal.
E. Solenoid Control Valve Removal
1. Disconnect electrical wires.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hoses and plug.
3. Remove mounting bolts (4).
4. Remove control valve.
F. Solenoid Control Valve Replacement
1. Replace in reverse order of removal.
