Operation - (S/N 101 thru 791)
Usage:
A. Vibratory System "OFF"
- 1. When the vibratory system is off the vibratory pump (A) (which is connected to the engine by a flexible coupling) draws oil from the tank (B).
- 2. From the pump (A) oil is sent through the solenoid valve (C) (which is open when the vibratory system is off) and sent to the tank.
B. Vibratory System "ON" - (S/N 101 thru 791)
- 1. When the vibratory system is operating oil is drawn from the tank (B) to the pump (A).
- 2. The solenoid valve (C) (which is electrically controlled by the operator) is closed blocking oil flow from valve to tank and forcing oil flow from the pump (A) to the vibratory motor (D) where 2400 vpms and generated at full engine rpm.
- 3. From the vibratory motor (D) oil is sent through the return line to the cooler (E), from the cooler to the filter (F), and then into the tank (B).
- 2. The solenoid valve (C) (which is electrically controlled by the operator) is closed blocking oil flow from valve to tank and forcing oil flow from the pump (A) to the vibratory motor (D) where 2400 vpms and generated at full engine rpm.
