液压铲斗油缸
(1) 铲斗油缸
(2) 缸盖端端口
(3) 连杆端端口

铲斗油缸开启和闭合铲斗。 当液压油流入铲斗油缸的缸盖端端口 (2) 时,油缸伸出。 从而使铲斗闭合。 当液压油流入铲斗油缸的连杆端端口 (3) 时,油缸缩回。 从而使铲斗打开。

轴承套筒 (15) 为连杆提供支承面并防止油缸缸盖磨损。 挡圈 (16) 将轴承套筒固定到位。

缓冲密封件 (14) 是第一个承压密封件。 缓冲密封件旨在减小 U 形油封 (13) 和支承环 (19) 上的压力峰值,以延长寿命。

U 形油封 (13) 从外部阻止机油流经油缸缸盖。 密封件还阻止外部油液进入油缸。

刮油密封环 (12) 有一个朝外的唇形密封,可以在缩回期间刮去连杆上的碎屑。 刮油密封环旨在防止颗粒进入油缸。

缸盖密封件

O 形圈 (17) 防止油缸壳体 (5) 和缸盖 (4) 之间发生漏油。 支承环 (18) 将 O 形圈固定到位。
