3512 And 3516 Industrial, Marine And Generator Set Engines
Description of Change: A new pilot valve is used in the air starting lines groups on the above engines. The new valves have more resistance to damage caused by sudden increases in oil pressure. These increases can be present when the engine is started: This sudden increase in oil pressure could cause damage to the diaphragm in the former valve. This resulted in oil leakage.
Adaptable As: The new pilot valve is a direct replacement for the former air valve when used with the other parts shown in the chart.
