如果安装未配备有备用蓄电池系统,则可能需要借助外部电源起动发动机。

首先,确定需要从外部电源起动发动机的原因。 参考故障排除, M0076536, "C9.3B 发动机"。

许多被认为已不可用的蓄电池仍是可以再充电的。 跨接起动后,交流发电机可能不会把严重放电的蓄电池重新充电。 这些蓄电池必须用蓄电池充电器充到合适电压。 有关测试和充电的信息,请参考专门说明书, SEHS7633, "蓄电池测试步骤"。


注意

使用一个与电起动马达有相同电压的蓄电池电源。 跨接起动只允许使用相同电压。 使用更高电压会损坏电气系统。

不要反向连接蓄电池电缆。 否则交流发电机可能损坏。 接地电缆要在最后连接并要最先断开。

当使用外部电源起动发动机时,将发动机操控开关旋至"断开(OFF)"位置。 在连接跨接起动电缆之前,将所有电气附件关闭。

在将跨接起动电缆连接到被起动发动机之前,确保主电源开关是在断开(OFF)位置。


  1. 把停转的发动机的起动开关旋转至断开位置。 关闭所有附件。

  2. 将跨接起动电缆的一个正极端连接到已放电蓄电池的正极电缆端子上。 将跨接起动电缆的另一正极端连接到电源的正极电缆端子上。

  3. 将跨接起动电缆的一个负极端连接到电源的负极端子。 将跨接起动电缆的另一负极端连接到发动机缸体或底盘接地上。 这一步骤有助于防止一些蓄电池产生的易燃气体被潜在火花点燃。

  4. 向蓄电池充电。 如果蓄电池没有被充电,发动机将无法持续运行。

  5. 起动发动机。

  6. 在停转的发动机起动后,马上以相反顺序断开跨接起动电缆。
