Description Of Change: The new by-pass valve actuators communicate on the J1939 data link.

Adaptable To: The following changes are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

The new by-pass valve actuators are adaptable to the above engines back to first production.

The new, reman, and former by-pass actuators are listed in Table 1.
