- Remove hose (1), tubes (2) and (3), and shielding (4).

- Remove nuts (7) and exhaust bypass (5).

Inspect all gaskets for wear and damage. Obtain a new gasket, if necessary.
- Install exhaust elbow (21) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten 2 diagonal nuts (15) to a torque of
25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft) . Tighten remaining nuts (15) to a torque of25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft) . Tighten all nuts to47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 7lb ft) .
- Tighten 2 diagonal nuts (15) to a torque of
