- Remove air cleaner.
- Remove nuts (1). Remove bolts (2) and remove exhaust heat shield (3).

- Install turbocharger (37) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten studs (48) to a torque of
38 ± 8 N·m (28 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten studs (46) to a torque of
38 ± 8 N·m (28 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (45) to a torque of
295 ± 30 N·m (218 ± 22 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (43) to a torque of
420 ± 70 N·m (310 ± 52 lb ft) . - Tighten nuts (39) to a torque of
75 ± 8 N·m (55 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten nut (38) to a torque of
75 ± 8 N·m (55 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten nuts (36) to a torque of
67 ± 7 N·m (49 ± 5 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (35) to a torque of
23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 20 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (33) to a torque of
11 N·m (97 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (31) to a torque of
10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (28) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 22 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (27) to a torque of
40 ± 4 N·m (30 ± 3 lb ft) . - Tighten bolt (26) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 22 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (22) to a torque of
10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (19) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (15) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) .
- Tighten studs (48) to a torque of
