- Install turbocharger (38) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten nuts (37) to a torque of
71 ± 7 N·m (52 ± 5 lb ft) . - Tighten nuts (36) to a torque of
42 ± 4 N·m (30.97752 ± 2.95024 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (34) to a torque of
23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (33) to a torque of
6 ± 0.6 N·m (53 ± 5 lb in) . - Tighten clamps (31) to a torque of
11 ± 1 N·m (97 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (30) to a torque of
30 ± 3 N·m (266 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten P-clip (29) to a torque of
9 ± 1 N·m (80 ± 9 lb in) - Tighten tube assembly (28) to a torque of
30 ± 3 N·m (266 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (27) to a torque of
25 ± 2.5 N·m (221 ± 22 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (26) to a torque of
60 ± 6 N·m (44 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten clamp (17) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (13) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) .
- Tighten nuts (37) to a torque of
