Gunakan prosedur ini untuk memecahkan masalah pada filter bahan bakar.

Tindakan yang Disarankan

Catatan: Ganti filter primer, filter sekunder, dan filter tersier pada saat yang sama. Gunakan bahan bakar yang bersih pada ulir stud dudukan filter untuk mengurangi gesekan.

Catatan: Jangan isi kanister atau filter bahan bakar sebelum pemasangan. Bahan bakar dapat membawa serpihan ke filter bahan bakar dan sistem bahan bakar bisa rusak. Pompa priming elektrik dirancang untuk membuang udara yang terjebak di dalam filter baru.

1. Ganti Filter Bahan Bakar

A. Reset semua kode yang aktif dan hapus semua kode tercatat dengan mensikluskan sakelar kunci ke posisi OFF . Ganti filter bahan bakar primer.

B. Pancing sistem dengan pompa priming elektrik.

C. Nyalakan engine dan biarkan engine idle selama beberapa menit.

D. Matikan engine Anda dan ganti filter bahan bakar sekunder.

E. Pancing sistem dengan pompa priming elektrik.

F. Nyalakan engine dan biarkan engine idle selama beberapa menit.

G. Matikan engine Anda dan ganti filter bahan bakar tersier.

H. Pancing sistem dengan pompa priming elektrik.

J. Hidupkan kembali engine.
 

Filter Bahan Bakar 

Hasil: Kode tidak aktif atau tercatat.

Kembali ke servis.

Hasil: Kode kejadian menjadi aktif setelah mengganti filter bahan bakar.

Perbaikan: Masalahnya mungkin adalah listrik. Lihat Pemecahan Masalah, "Sinyal Sensor (Analog, Aktif)- Pengujian" untuk informasi tambahan.
