- 拆下回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 。 回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 的重量约为 1814 kg (4000 lb)。
- 在防尘密封、内座圈和外座圈的密封表面上粘上胶带。 胶带可防止清洗溶剂进入防尘密封的横截面。 彻底清理回转齿轮和轴承。

- 将防尘密封 (3) 和 (4) 从回转齿轮和轴承的内座圈和外座圈上拆下。
- 利用细砂纸清理内座圈和外座圈的密封槽。 使用清洗溶剂清洁密封槽。 安装新的防尘密封圈之前，请确保密封槽彻底清洁和干燥。
