Single Unit Operation

Usage:

C13 KJE

如果发电机暴露于下列条件下,要测量每个绕组的绝缘电阻:

  • 温度变化很快

  • 结冻

  • 发货期间气候潮湿

  • 存放期间气候潮湿

参考操作和保养手册, "绝缘 - 测试"。

注: 这些测试应当在执行任何电源连接或控制连接之前进行。

起动

  1. 进行所有的初步发动机起动检查。

  2. 确保主断路器或主电路断路器断开。

  3. 起动发动机。 让发动机暖机。

  4. 调整到全负荷发动机转速。

  5. 关闭主断路器。

  6. 施加负载。 不要试图加到满负载。 递增负载以保持系统电频率恒定。

  7. 将调速器重新调到额定频率。

调整电压

使用以下步骤调整发电机输出的电压和频率。

  1. 在 "MAIN MENU(主菜单)"下,使用向下导航键 (15) 或向上导航键 (12) 导航到 "CONTROL(控制)"菜单。

    1. 按下 "OK(确定)"键 (14) 以选择 "CONTROL(控制)"菜单。 "VOLT/HZ CONTROL(电压/频率控制)"将出现。

      注: 电压可从 EMCP 4 通过 CAN 数据链路、离散输出或模拟输出进行控制。 仅当发动机上有 ADEM 时,才可控制转速。

    2. 按下 "OK(确定)"键 (14)。

    3. 按下向上导航键 (12) 升高电压,按下向下导航键 (15) 降低电压。

      注: 使用导航键调整电压时,向 "GENERATOR NOMINAL OUTPUT VOLTAGE(发电机标称输出电压)"的设定点的数值应用偏移。 此设定点通过主 CAN 数据链路发送到电压调节器并保留到蓄电池电源循环至 EMCP 4 时为止。 蓄电池电源循环至 EMCP 4 时将清除偏移。 清除偏移后,发送值恢复为 "GENERATOR NOMINAL OUTPUT VOLTAGE(发电机标称输出电压)"的设定点的数值。

    4. 按下向左导航键 (16) 以降低发动机转速。 按下向右导航键 (13) 以升高发动机转速。

      注: 当使用向左和向右导航键调整频率时,向 "GENERATOR NOMINAL OUTPUT FREQUENCY(发电机标称输出频率)"的设定点的数值应用偏移。 此数据通过主 CAN 数据链路发送到发动机控制器并保留到蓄电池电源循环至 EMCP 4 时为止。 蓄电池电源循环至 EMCP 4 时将清除偏移。 清除偏移后,发送值恢复为 "GENERATOR NOMINAL OUTPUT FREQUENCY(发电机标称输出频率)"的设定点的数值。

      注: 与设定点或首选项不同的是,例如对比度,此屏幕的任何更改将立即生效。 "OK(确定)"键和空格键将不保存或取消更改。

停机

  1. 递增地卸下负载。

  2. 打开电路断路器。

  3. 按下 EMCP 上的 "STOP(停机)"。

  4. 让发动机运转至少 3 分钟以便冷却。 达到冷却时间后,EMCP 将关闭发动机。
