An Improved Wiring Harness Is Used for Certain C9.3, C13, C15, and C18 Commercial Engines {1408}

Description of Change: If the Low Speed Regeneration (LSR) functionality does not work, the engine harness may need to switch pin J1-47 to J1-46. Switching the pins enables the engine to go into a LSR.
Adaptable To: This change is adaptable to 367-7017 Panel Harness As on C9.3 and C13 Engines and 367-7018 Panel Harness As on C15 and C18 Engines.
All engines built after the effective in Table 1 are verified to be correct.
