Usage:

C7.1 630
充电装置正在工作时,切勿将蓄电池断开充电装置电路或蓄电池电路电缆, 否则由蓄电池产生的易燃气体可能被火花点燃。

为有助于防止火花点燃某些蓄电池产生的可燃气体,负极 "−" 电缆应该最后从外接电源连接到起动马达的负 "−" 接线柱。 如果起动马达没有配备负 "−" 接线柱,请把电缆连接到缸体。

每天检查电线是否松动或擦破。 在发动机起动之前,拧紧所有松动的电气连接。 发动机启动之前,要修理好所有擦破的电线。 请参阅操作和保养手册以了解具体的起动说明。

为获得发动机的最佳性能和可靠性,必要将发动机电气系统正确接地。 接地不当会造成电路失控和不可靠。

失控的电路会对曲轴的轴承轴颈表面和铝质部件造成损坏。

未安装发动机到机架接地带的发动机可能因电气放电而损坏。

为确保发动机和发动机电气系统工作正常,必须使用与蓄电池直接相连的发动机到机架的接地带。 这种直接相连可通过将发动机接地线直接连接到机架实现。

接地连接应当紧凑、无腐蚀。 发动机交流发电机必须通过一根足以承受其满载充电电流的电线接地到蓄电池的负 "-" 接线柱。

发动机的电源连接和接地连接都应从蓄电池的隔离器引出。
