Solenoid Valve (ARD Main Fuel) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Remove nut (6), washer (5), and solenoid (4) from valve assembly (1) .

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This action will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Remove cartridge assembly (3) and remove O-ring seals (2) .
Installation Procedure
- Install the solenoid valve (ARD main fuel) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten cartridge assembly (3) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).
- Tighten the nut (6) to a torque of 20 ± 2.5 N·m (177 ± 22 lb in).
