在拆卸蓄电池电缆或蓄电池之前，应先拆下蓄电池盖。 进行任何维护之前，应先拆下蓄电池盖。 未拆下蓄电池盖的情况下就拆卸蓄电池电缆或蓄电池可能会引发爆炸，导致人身伤害。 |
- 将起动开关转至 OFF（关闭）位置。 将点火开关（如有配备）转至 OFF（关闭）位置，取下钥匙并关掉所有电气负载。
- 断开蓄电池负极端子。 确保电缆无法与端子接触。 如果包含四个 12 V 蓄电池，必须断开 2 个负极连接。
- 断开正极连接。
- 清洁所有断开的接头和蓄电池端子。
- 用细砂纸清洁端子和电缆卡箍。 直到其表面光亮为止。 不要过度去除材料。 过度地去除材料可能会造成卡箍无法正常配合。 使用合适的硅油或凡士林涂沫卡箍和端子表面。
- 为了防止意外起动，将电缆线头用胶带包上。
- 进行必要的系统修理。
- 要连接蓄电池，需先连接正极接头，然后再接负极接头。
