Do not reuse clutch housing bolts once they have been removed from the assembly. These bolts have a self-locking plastic patch in the threads and the self-locking feature is not effective if used again.
The model, bolt part number and bolt size are as follows:
WAF 240/460 Marine Gears, 833684 Bolt, M8 X 25 thread.
WVS 234/334 Marine Gears, 833684 Bolt, M8 X 25 thread.
WAF 540/760 Marine Gears, 833682 Bolt, M10 X 35 thread.
WAF 840/1960 Marine Gears, 833743 Bolt, M12 X 45 thread.
If these bolts are removed, the tapped holes should be cleaned out with a tap (metric) and new bolts used. See the illustrations for location of bolts.
