- 按圆周次序拧松每根螺栓 (1) 半圈。
注: 未进行此步骤可能导致螺栓断裂。

- 将工具 (A) 安装到固定板 (2) 上。 固定板 (2) 的重量约为 170 kg (375 lb)。 拆下其余螺栓 (1) 。 拆下挡板 (2) 。

- 卸下垫片 (3) 。
注: 记录垫片 (3) 的数量和顺序，以便安装。

- 将工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备连接到车桥 (4) 上。 车桥 (4) 的重量约为 1675 kg (3693 lb)。

- 使用工具 (A) ，以便将工具 (C) 定位到车桥 (4) 上。 工具 (C) 的重量约为 110 kg (243 lb)。

- 安装三根螺栓 (1) 。 拆下工具 (A) 。
- 等距安装其余的螺栓 (1) 。 均匀的拧紧螺栓 (1) 直至工具 (C) 接触到悬架油缸连杆 (5) 。

- 按圆周次序继续拧紧螺栓 (1) 半圈，直至心轴 (4) 从悬架油缸连杆 (5) 上分离。
- 使用工具 (A) 以便拆下工具 ( C) 。
- 安装其余的垫块，以便支撑悬架油缸组件 (6) 的重量。 悬架油缸 (6) 的重量约为 3450 kg (7600 lb)。
