Transmission - Calibrate

Usage:

CX31-P600 GFY

离合器标定加注并排空离合器数次,以便补偿阀和离合器的变量。 标定也会改善换档平滑性。

每次出现下述情况后,应执行标定:

  • 变速箱和发动机配合。

  • 发动机翻新或涡轮增压器调换。

  • 变速箱 ECPC 阀更换。

  • ECU 更换。

  • 拆解/重新装配/修理铁制变速箱行星齿轮。

使用 Caterpillar 电子技师 (Cat ET) 执行标定步骤。 从 Cat ET 菜单选择 “CALIBRATION(标定)”选项。 遵循提供的说明。

开始标定步骤前,ECU 必须检测下列条件:

  • 变速箱油温必须在 70° C (158° F)90° C (194° F) 之间。

  • 换档杆置于空档位置。

  • 停车制动器合上。 (这仅适用于行驶应用。)

  • 设定发动机转速为低怠速 发动机将在标定步骤中自动加速。

加注标定功能用于优化换档质量。 此标定步骤必须在下列条件下执行:

  • 更换或维修 ECU 后执行标定。

  • 将 ECU 从一台机器移至另一台机器后执行标定。

  • 更换或维修任何变速箱电磁阀后执行标定。

  • 更换或维修任何变速箱离合器、密封、泵等后执行标定。

加注标定期间调整了两个参数,脉冲时间和保持水平。 首先标定保持水平。 然后标定脉冲时间。 完成每个离合器的加注标定后,再开始下一个离合器的标定。

加注标定期间,系统软件将检测到离合器的加注循环结束。 可通过变矩器输出转速下降和相关离合器(滑动)转速下降检测到加注循环结束。 为有效检测到变矩器输出转速下降,必须向变速箱施加负载。 可通过接合其中一个未进行标定的离合器,完成此操作。

保持水平标定

保持水平标定将决定离合器活塞施加在离合器组上的修整压力。 每个离合器命令以脉冲方式发出,并在特定时限内保持在允许的最低保持水平压力下。 暂停 2.0 秒后,下一个离合器发出脉冲、保持并释放。 此操作重复,直到所有离合器循环完毕。

保持水平压力增加,循环重复。 加注循环完成并且加注循环在规定的保持时间内完成时,标定离合器保持水平压力。 相应的保持水平压力为标定值。

离合器标定完毕后,离合器脱离循环,插入 3.0 秒延迟。 该延迟使仍处于循环中的离合器脱离循环。 此步骤继续,直到保持水平压力达到最大允许值,或所有离合器标定完毕。

出现下列条件时,显示警告:

  • 任何单一离合器的保持水平压力超过最大值。

  • 保持水平压力设置为最小值,离合器加注速率比允许的循环时间快。

脉冲时间标定

加注时间可通过调整脉冲时间标定。 每个离合器的缓变水平设置为默认值。 每个离合器命令以脉冲方式发出并出现缓变。 于是,每个离合器命令保持在标定的保持水平压力下。 保持相应的离合器时,保持在保持水平压力下,直到加注结束或经过 1.0 秒。 将实际加注时间与目标加注时间比较。 增加或减少脉冲时间,可缩短加注时间。 增加或减少脉冲时间,还可延长加注时间。 脉冲时间基于实际时间和目标加注时间的差值。 暂停 2.0 秒后,下一个离合器开始循环。 该步骤重复 10 次。 第 10 个循环结束后,设置标定脉冲时间。 如果脉冲时间太短或太长,将显示警告。
