该诊断代码与锁定离合器停用开关有关。 当 ECU 确定电路的电压低于正常值时,记录 FMI 04。 此开关有两个到 ECU 的输入。 正常操作期间,其中一个输入为开路。 另一个输入接地。 使用电压表测量一个电路时,开路与接地之间会测得约 8 VDC,而闭路与接地之间会测得约 0 VDC。

产生此诊断代码的可能原因如下:

  • "常开"信号电路(导线 Y985-BR(褐))与"常闭"信号电路(导线 Y988-BR(褐))同时对接地短路。

  • 开关出现故障。

  • ECU 有故障。 这不太可能。

执行该步骤前,检查电路中的线束接头。 不良连接经常是引起电路故障的原因。 确认电路中的所有连接都清洁紧固。 如果发现连接存在故障,则修复故障并在执行此步骤前核实该诊断代码为激活状态。下面的测试步骤可能会生成其他诊断代码。 忽略生成的这些诊断代码,并在修复原有诊断代码后清除这些忽略的诊断代码。 执行本步骤之前,请确保诊断代码 CID 3013 FMI 04 处于激活状态。

测试步骤 2. 检查线束中的信号电路有无短路。

  1. 将开关重新连接到机器线束上。

  2. 从 ECU 上断开机器线束接头 J1 和 J2。

  3. 在 ECU 的机器线束接头上,检查触点 J1-41(导线 Y985-BR(褐))与触点 J2-63(导线 J765-BU(蓝))之间的导通性。

  4. 按下开关。 释放开关并检查是否导通。

  5. 在 ECU 的机器线束接头上,检查触点 J2-23(导线 Y988-BR(褐))与触点 J2-63(导线 J765-BU(蓝))之间的导通性。

  6. 按下开关。 释放开关并检查是否导通。

预期结果:

导通性检查的结果与表 1 中的规定一致。

结果:

  • 正常 - 导通性检查的结果一致。
