Exhaust Combustion Manifold (ARD) - Remove and Install

Usage:

C18 BDN

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hydraulic manifold that controls the combustion air valve.

    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Disconnect tube assembly (1). Remove spacer (2) and remove exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) .

  1. Remove fitting (4) from exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) .

  1. Remove the O-ring seal from fitting (4) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten fitting (4) to a torque of 26 ± 3 N·m (19 ± 2 lb ft).
