Exhaust Combustion Manifold (ARD) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hydraulic manifold that controls the combustion air valve.
- Disconnect tube assembly (1). Remove spacer (2) and remove exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) .

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Remove fitting (4) from exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) .

- Remove the O-ring seal from fitting (4) .
Installation Procedure
- Install exhaust combustion manifold (ARD) (3) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten fitting (4) to a torque of 26 ± 3 N·m (19 ± 2 lb ft).
