  1. 检查线束。

  1. 对每根电路导线执行 45 N (10 lb) 拉力测试。

  1. 重新连接所有线束接头。

    确认接头完全座入并且夹子都已固定。

  1. 检查有无间歇性故障。 使用 Caterpillar® 电子技师(Cat® ET)对线束进行摇摆测试。

  1. 接通断路开关和钥匙开关。

  1. 操作机器。

  1. 确定该诊断代码是否处于激活状态。

预期结果:

诊断编码不是激活状态。

结果:

  • 确定 - 诊断编码不是激活状态。

    修复: 该初始诊断代码可能是所检查的接头中存在连接不良引起的。恢复正常运转。

    停止

  • 异常 - 诊断代码处于激活状态。 ECM 可能出现故障。
