Bore in camshaft bearing after installation ... 86.15 ± 0.06 mm (3.392 ± 0.002 inch)

(3) Torque for 16 bolts ... 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft)

(F) Extension of the dowel from the end of the rear right hand camshaft and the front left hand camshaft ... 22.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.87 ± 0.02 inch)

(G) Camshaft lobe lift

Inlet lobe ... 7.500 mm (0.2953 inch)

Exhaust lobe ... 8.699 mm (0.3425 inch)

In order to determine the actual camshaft lobe lift, use the following procedure:

1. Measure camshaft lobe height (H).

2. Measure base circle (J).

3. Subtract the base circle (J) from the lobe height (H). The difference is the actual camshaft lobe lift.
