End Bracket - Install
3000 Frame End Bracket Installation
Start By:
- Ensure that the main rotor assembly has been properly installed. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Rotor - Remove and Installation" section of this document.
- Ensure that the high density protective plastic strips have been installed between the stator and the rotor. The protective plastic strips protect the rotor and the stator and assist in centering the rotor.
- Ensure that the exciter rotor and the exciter stator have been properly installed. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Exciter - Remove and Install" section of this document.
- Ensure that the rear bearing has been properly installed. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Rear Bearing - Remove and Install" section of this document.
- Ensure that the rotating leads are protected in order to prevent damage to the leads as the end bracket is installed.
Note: The end bracket can be removed and installed independent of the rotor removal.
