Auxiliary Water Pump (Rubber Impeller) - Inspect/Replace

Usage:

C-12 9HP

Impeller dan seal memerlukan pemeriksaan berkala. Impeller memiliki masa pakai yang terbatas. Masa pakainya tergantung pada kondisi pengoperasian engine.

Periksa komponen lebih sering bila pompa terpapar serpihan, pasir, atau material abrasif lainnya. Periksa komponen bila pompa beroperasi pada tekanan diferensial lebih dari 103 kPa (15 psi).

Rujuk ke Pembongkaran dan Perakitan, "Pompa Air Bantu - Pelepasan" untuk melepaskan pompa air bantu. Rujuk ke Pembongkaran dan Perakitan, "Pompa Air Bantu - Pembongkaran" untuk membongkar pompa air bantu.

Periksa keausan atau kerusakan pada komponen berikut:

Bearing
Impeller
Seal
Pelat keausan

Bila ditemukan keausan atau kerusakan, ganti komponen yang aus dan rusak. Gunakan kit perbaikan yang tepat untuk pompa.
