(1) Torque for the compressor clamp ... 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in)
(2) Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp:
- Tighten the clamp to 18.1 N·m (160 lb in).
- Loosen the clamp to 5.6 N·m (50 lb in).
- Again tighten the clamp to 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in).
Apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the four locknuts that are used to mount the turbocharger.
Torque for four locknuts ... 54 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb ft)
