注: 调整压缩制动器间隙必须在发动机处于冷态时进行。 如果发动机温度较高,进行以下调整前先冷却发动机。

按照以下步骤调整 1 号、3 号和 5 号缸的压缩制动器。

  1. 将 1 号活塞置于压缩冲程的上止点。 请参阅测试和调整, "找到 1 号活塞上止点位置"。

  2. 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (2),直至制动器活塞 (3) 接触到气门桥 (4)。

  3. 逆时针转动调整螺钉 (2),直至螺母转过一整圈。

  4. 使用塞尺确保制动间隙设为 0.9 ± 0.2 mm (0.035 ± 0.008 inch)

  5. 拧紧锁紧螺母 (1) 至扭矩为 50 ± 10 N·m (37 ± 7 lb ft)。 在拧紧调整锁紧螺母时不要让调整螺钉转动。 拧紧调整锁紧螺母后重新检查气门间隙。

按照以下步骤调整 2 号、4 号和 6 号缸的间隙。

  1. 将 6 号活塞置于压缩冲程的上止点。

  2. 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (2),直至制动器活塞 (3) 接触到气门桥 (4)。

  3. 使用塞尺确认制动器间隙为 0.9 ± 0.2 mm (0.035 ± 0.008 inch)。 制动器间隙是在制动器活塞 (3) 和气门桥 (4) 之间测量得出的。
