Use the following bolts to install the exhaust manifold:
- For bolt (1) through bolt (3), use M10 X 1.5-160 mm bolts.
- For bolt (4), bolt (5), bolt (7), bolt (8), bolt (9), bolt (11) and bolt (12), use M10 X 1.5-150 mm bolts.
- For bolt (6) and bolt (10), use M10 X 1.5-140 mm bolts.
- For bolt (13) and bolt (14), use M8 X 1.25-150 mm bolts.
- For bolt (15), use M8 X 1.25-140 mm bolt.
Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts of the exhaust manifold:
- Tighten the bolt (1) through bolt (15) in a numerical sequence to 4 ± 1 N·m (35 ± 9 lb in).
- Again tighten bolt (1) through bolt (12) in a numerical sequence to 55 ± 5 N·m (41 ± 4 lb ft).
- Again tighten bolt (13) through bolt (15) in a numerical sequence to 28 ± 7 N·m (21 ± 5 lb ft).
